1. Services

LIMAR Consulting LLC offers digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising campaigns, and integration setups (e.g. Stripe, Meta Business Manager).

2. Ordering & Payment

Engagement is confirmed via email acceptance.

Prices and payment terms are agreed per project.

All fees are in USD, payable within 30 days of invoice date.

3. Client Obligations

The client shall provide all necessary materials, content, and access in a timely manner. Delays in providing requested items may push back deliverable timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables (reports, drafts, creative assets) remain the property of LIMAR Consulting LLC until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific SEO rankings or revenue outcomes. LIMAR Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or by posting an updated version on the website.
